Water Damage on Flooring

SERVPRO of N. Richland and Ashland County was called out to a job. The area was flooded due to a kitchen pipe that break. 

The floor was completely soaked. The water went through the Carpet, padding, and also sub flooring. 

Lifting the wet flooring and using the proper equipment to dry the wooden floor is very important. We want no chance for mold to grow.

The before picture shows how the wetness did stain the wood.

Our experienced team then had to sand the floors. 

Leaving a dry clean mold free flooring behind. The home owners were very happy with the end product.
