Mold in Closet
These pictures were taken after a storm left the majority of this house soaked and with very few undamaged rooms. The green and brown spots you can see on the walls in the before photo are mold that has broken through the paint. The growth began inside the wet drywall, and grew further out. To prevent further fungal spreading, the sheetrock needed to be removed and replaced, the inside of the wall between studs needed to be dried out, and the floor had to be removed, dried, and replaced to avoid further capillary action from doing the same kind of damage to the new wall.
Luckily, the homeowners knew to call SERVPRO of North Richland and Ashland County for their mold remediation needs and we made it look "Like it never even happened."
